Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 23, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Mupoc ("we", "our", or "the Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our web application. The Service helps you create and edit web pages and UI. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — When you register or use account features, we collect your email address, username (if you set one), and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider). If you sign in with a third party (e.g. Google), we receive the identifier and profile data that provider shares with us.
  • Content you create — We store the content you create and save in the Service, such as page designs, drafts, HTML, and uploaded images, so you can edit and manage your pages.
  • Session and technical data — To keep you signed in and to run the Service, we use session cookies and similar technologies (e.g. access and refresh tokens). We may use browser session storage for temporary data (e.g. unsaved or in-progress content) that exists only for the current session and is cleared when you close the tab or session.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you (including via third-party sign-in).
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (creating, editing, saving, and publishing pages).
  • Store your saved pages, drafts, and uploaded assets.
  • Comply with law and protect the security of the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Your account data, saved content, and uploaded files are stored and processed by Supabase in accordance with their privacy and data processing terms.
  • Google (and other sign-in providers) — If you sign in with Google or another provider, that provider's privacy policy applies to the data they collect and share with us.
  • Other resources — The Service may link to or display images from external sources (e.g. Unsplash). Loading those resources is subject to those providers' own policies; we do not send your personal data to them for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in (e.g. session and refresh tokens) and to support the operation of the Service. We may use browser session storage for temporary data (e.g. unsaved or in-progress content) that is cleared when you close the tab or session. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect sign-in and some features.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your content within the Service. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us using the details below; we will process your request in line with applicable law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including secure authentication and, where applicable, encryption in transit) to protect your data. Account credentials are managed and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data or account.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in regions where our service providers (e.g. Supabase) operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
