Mupoc is a web application that helps you create, edit, save, and publish web pages and UI. The Service may include account registration, storage of your content, and sign-in through third-party providers (e.g. Google). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your region). By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mupoc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
